Our Commitment

We will always provide you with the best care that is appropriate for your needs. Insurance is a valuable benefit that can help you obtain the finest care possible. In our office, patients, not insurance companies, decide what is best for them. We understand that dental insurance is becoming more complex and difficult to understand every day. Please feel free to ask any questions you have about your dental insurance. Unfortunately, some of the services that you may need or want may not be fully covered by your dental insurer. Our goal is to work with you and your insurance to help you achieve and maintain optimal dental care.

Some plans may cover treatment but only pay for a portion of it at a predetermined level.
The patient is then responsible for paying the difference between the cost of the procedure and the amount of coverage their plan offers.

Other plans may only cover a specified percentage of treatment.

For example a dental plan may cover 100% of X-Rays exams and cleanings, but only pay 50% of the cost of that porcelain crown you need to restore a broken tooth. These plans require the patient to pay the difference.

Alternative Benefit

Your plan may only cover the least expensive alternative treatment for a condition. For example, a plan may only cover a removable denture to replace a missing tooth when the best treatment is a permanently cemented bridge or a dental implant. We do not let plans dictate treatment. Our well informed patients will decide what is best for them.

Yearly Maximum Benefits

Many dental insurance plans have a maximum amount they will reimburse each year. Once this limit is reached, your dental insurance company will not cover any additional treatment regardless of how essential the service may be to your dental health.

Care Credit

Care Credit offers several interest free options which can help you get the healthy, radiant smile you’ve always wanted with low monthly payment plans.

Flex Spending

Flexible Spending Accounts allow employees to set aside pretax income for their medical and dental needs. Remember, with flex spending you “use it or lose it.”

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered. We accept Cash, Checks and most major Credit Cards as methods of payment. We also offer Interest-Free Financing and other affordable Payment Plans to ensure that our outstanding services are available to everyone.
